CrossFit is constantly varied, high intensity, functional movement. We train using the CrossFit method: Metabolic Conditioning, Gymnastics Movements, and Weightlifting. These movements will be combined randomly but in functional groupings to provide a variety that keeps your body challenged and improving in multiple fitness zones. We will do this by focusing on the mechanics of movements, consistency of movements, and finally, by encouraging ever increasing intensity of work.
